Ingredients:
• 30 ml cooking oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 500 g chicken pieces
• 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 cups mixed vegetables
• 1½ cup water
• 3 heaped tablespoons Knorr Stew Granules
Method:
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion and green pepper until soft.
- Add the chicken pieces and fry for about 5 minutes until well-browned.
- Add the potatoes, mixed vegetables and water to the pot.
- Bring to the boil then turn down the heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on.
- Add the Knorr Stew Granules, stir well and allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or pap.
